No. It is designed for students, new graduates, career switchers, senior professionals, and candidates preparing for promotion or salary conversations.

Does it replace a human career coach?

It does not replace every use case for human coaching. It gives candidates affordable, always-available practice and feedback before or between human coaching sessions.

Can I practice company-specific interviews?

Yes. The app can generate targeted practice flows for companies, industries, roles, and interview rounds.

What makes the feedback useful?

Feedback is organized around practical criteria such as clarity, relevance, answer structure, confidence, and depth, so users know what to improve next.

Does Career Coach AI guarantee a job or interview offer?

No. The app is an interview preparation tool. It helps you practice, receive structured feedback, and build confidence. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers.

How is my data handled?

We process personal data in accordance with applicable regulations such as GDPR and KVKK where relevant. Analytics and marketing tags load only after you provide cookie consent on this website.

Subscription Terms

Career Coach AI — AI Interview Preparation Coach

These Subscription Terms govern your purchase of Career Coach AI paid plans, operated by ICI Tech Teknoloji A.Ş. They form part of our Terms of Service at /en/terms.

1. Plans Overview

Free Plan: Core practice features with limited daily sessions at no charge.

Paid Plans: Full access to all practice modes, unlimited sessions, Career Coach Chat, PDF report export, extended session history, Job Tracker, and advanced analytics. Plan tiers, feature inclusions, and pricing are displayed in the App Store or Google Play at purchase.

Subscriptions are personal and single-user.

2. Free Trial

Career Coach AI may offer a free trial of paid features. Trials are available to new subscribers only (one per Apple ID or Google account). A payment method is required to activate. You are not charged during the trial. The subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at trial end unless cancelled beforehand.

Cancel on iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Career Coach AI → Cancel Free Trial. Cancel on Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Career Coach AI → Cancel. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a trial.

3. Billing and Payment

All billing is handled by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). We never receive or store your card details. Billed on date of purchase or trial conversion. Taxes determined and collected by Apple or Google.

4. Auto-Renewal

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the current period ends. Renewal charge applied within 24 hours before the period end.

5. Price Changes

We notify you in advance of price changes. New price takes effect at your next renewal.

6. Cancellation

Cancel on iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Career Coach AI → Cancel Subscription. Cancel on Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Career Coach AI → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period. Paid access continues until then.

Cancellation does not delete your account or session history.

7. Refunds

All refund requests go to Apple (https://reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637). EEA and UK consumers retain statutory withdrawal rights — see Section 11.

8. After Downgrade or Cancellation

When a paid plan ends, advanced features become restricted. Free Plan features remain accessible. Your account, session history, and progress data are preserved. Job Tracker and PDF export may be restricted on the free plan.

9. Account Deletion vs. Subscription Cancellation

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Always cancel via App Store or Google Play before deleting your account.

10. Platform-Specific Terms

Apple App Store (iOS): Agreement is between you and ICI Tech Teknoloji A.Ş., not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.

Google Play (Android): Google Play is not a party to these Terms.

11. Consumer Rights — EEA and UK

If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK law you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. By activating a subscription and accessing paid features, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service is fully performed. To exercise withdrawal rights where applicable, contact app@icitech.com.tr within 14 days. You retain all rights under mandatory local consumer protection laws.

12. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, including Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502. EEA and UK consumers retain applicable mandatory local protections.
