Does Career Coach AI guarantee a job or interview offer?

How is my data handled?

Terms of Service

Career Coach AI — AI Interview Preparation Coach

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Career Coach AI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy at /en/privacy, incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and ICI Tech Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), registered in Turkey.

2. Definitions

Service means the Career Coach AI iOS app, Android app, website at /en/, and all features. User means any person who accesses or uses the Service. Practice Content means interview answers, coaching chat messages, and career information you submit within the Service. AI Provider means the third-party AI service provider used to generate feedback, questions, and coaching responses. Job Tracker means the application pipeline management feature.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age, capable of forming a legally binding contract, and not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law. An account is required to use Career Coach AI.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential, notify app@icitech.com.tr of suspected unauthorized access, and maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse trial benefits is prohibited.

5. What Career Coach AI Is and Is Not

Career Coach AI IS a personal interview preparation tool designed to help you practice interview questions, receive structured AI feedback, build communication skills, track your progress, and prepare for salary and career conversations.

Career Coach AI IS NOT a job board, recruitment agency, employment service, or staffing platform. The app does not connect you with employers, submit applications on your behalf, represent you to any company, or guarantee any employment outcome.

No employment guarantee. The app is a preparation and practice tool. Results depend on your effort, preparation quality, and the decisions of employers who are entirely independent of Career Coach AI. We make no representation that using the app will lead to any job offer, interview invitation, or salary outcome.

Company mentions are for practice only. The app may reference companies such as Google, Amazon, Meta, and others in its question bank and practice modes. Career Coach AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to any company mentioned in the Service.

6. AI Provider and Practice Content

Feedback, questions, and coaching responses are generated by transmitting your Practice Content to a third-party AI service provider. By using coaching and feedback features, you consent to this transmission. The identity and terms of our AI Provider are at /en/privacy/ai-provider. You understand that content transmitted to the AI Provider leaves our direct control during processing, subject to the AI Provider's own applicable data handling commitments.

7. Voice Practice

When you use voice practice mode, your device microphone captures your spoken answer. By enabling voice practice, you consent to microphone access and to the transcription and AI processing of your spoken answer. You can revoke microphone permission at any time in device settings. Revoking microphone permission disables voice practice but does not affect other features.

8. Job Tracker

The Job Tracker is a personal organizational tool. You are responsible for the accuracy of the application data you enter. Job Tracker data is not shared with employers, recruiters, or any third party. Career Coach AI does not interact with employers on your behalf.

9. Free Trial and Subscription

Career Coach AI offers a free tier and paid subscription plans via App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal. We never receive or store your payment card details.

Cancel: iOS — Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Career Coach AI. Android — Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Career Coach AI.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Refund requests go to Apple (https://reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637). EEA and UK consumers retain statutory withdrawal rights — see Section 19.

11. Acceptable Use

Use the Service for lawful personal career preparation in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use the Service if under 18; use AI-generated content to misrepresent your skills or experience to employers; submit fraudulent or misleading information; create multiple accounts to abuse trial benefits; reverse engineer the app or AI systems; use automated tools to interact with the Service; violate applicable law.

Important: Career Coach AI helps you improve your genuine communication skills. Using AI-generated scripts to misrepresent your actual capabilities to employers is a misuse of the Service and solely your responsibility.

13. Intellectual Property

All Company Content — including the Career Coach AI name, logo, app design, question bank, and software — is owned by or licensed to ICI Tech Teknoloji A.Ş. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. The question bank content is proprietary — you may not reproduce or distribute it.

14. Limitation of Liability for Feedback

AI-generated feedback is produced automatically and reflects patterns in language and structure. It is not a professional assessment of your actual competence, qualifications, or employability. The Company is not liable for: any hiring decision made by an employer; any outcome (positive or negative) arising from your use of coaching suggestions in a real interview; career decisions made based on AI coaching content.

15. Privacy

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy at /en/privacy. For EEA/UK users, our GDPR Privacy Notice at /en/privacy/gdpr also applies.

16. Third-Party Services and Platforms

Apple App Store (iOS): These Terms are between you and ICI Tech Teknoloji A.Ş. — not Apple. Apple has no obligation to maintain or support Career Coach AI. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Google Play (Android): Google Play is not a party to these Terms.

AI Provider: Our AI provider operates under its own terms. We are responsible for the selection of appropriate providers and the terms of our processing relationship.

17. Availability and Changes

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. AI Provider availability affects feedback and coaching features. We may modify, suspend, or change AI providers with reasonable notice.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties including: that AI feedback accurately assesses your interview performance; that the Service will lead to any employment outcome; that questions will match those asked in any specific interview; or uninterrupted operation.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Turkish law, ICI Tech Teknoloji A.Ş. shall not be liable for: any employment outcome or hiring decision; career decisions made based on AI feedback; indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; or any damages exceeding the greater of (a) fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) ₺500.

Nothing limits our liability for gross negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Turkish law.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

Governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, including the Turkish Code of Obligations and Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502. Disputes subject to Istanbul (Çağlayan) court jurisdiction. EEA and UK consumers retain mandatory local consumer protection rights.

21. Changes to These Terms

Material changes notified at least 14 days in advance. Current version at /en/terms.

22. Miscellaneous

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement. Invalid provisions are severed. Non-enforcement is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights; we may assign freely. English version prevails over translations.
